Group Classes
Dates for Beginner Group Classes
- 4 week course Saturday 18th January 11.00 – €60
Group classes are available. There will only be 4 or 5 dogs in the class which will be adapted during the course around the progress of the class. These will be run in blocks of a class a week over 4 weeks. Each class will be between 45 minutes and an hour.
Classes will cover life skills to help with
- Household manners
- Loose lead walking
- Off lead freedom
- Polite greetings to other dogs and people
- And more….
They will be aimed at either puppies or dogs with little or no training. It can also suit dogs that are new to you that have been rehomed or rescued. There will be more advanced classes for dogs who have some skills or have completed the beginner sessions.
All these classes use positive reinforcement, mostly using food but also toys or other things your dog finds reinforcing.
In each class I will teach you how to play a new game or exercise, building on it over the course with you doing some “homework” in between classes in order to get the most out it.

One to One Coaching
One to One tailored coaching plans are available to conquer a particular struggle and transform your dog. I will come to your home where your dog is more comfortable. Online coaching can also be done if more suitable. We would first have a free telephone conversation to discuss how we would work together and then come up with a plan and a date to start. Price is from 30 Euros an hour (depending on location).
After each class I will send you a recap of what was covered and will be available for any troubleshooting you may need. I will also share with you any other reading/listening that I think may help.
Available to book NOW – send me an email.
On-line Coaching
It is also possible to have one to one lessons on-line.
It seems strange to think of doing a dog class online, how can that work if the trainer can’t be with the person and dog in real life, is it as effective? Will you learn as much and will your dog?
Benefits of an online lesson
- It may be better for your dog if they can be nervous or anxious around other people or dogs
- If your dog is a bit fussy about what or when they eat you can carry out the training when they are ready rather than having to do it when I am there
- It gives you access to me if I you don’t live near me
- I can spend more time going a bit deeper into some of the theory and background to the training methods with you (if you like the geeky stuff!) as your dog can be having a break and not pestering you for the next fun game!
- I can demo the games and exercises with my own dogs so you get so see different levels/stages/breeds
- More time slots available and at more flexible times
- Lessons are not impacted by it being too hot, cold, wet or dark
- You will get a recording of the lesson so you can rewatch it at any time
- It is cheaper as I don’t have to spend time travelling
I use Zoom and we will have an initial free consultation video call about your dog and your struggles (and to test the technology) and then we would set a date to “meet” again. I can share my screen when I have some information to show you or videos to display. I would go through the games and exercises for you to practice with your dog in between lessons in your own time.
